It was reported in The Next Big Thing that a development patterned after Heydon Hall, but at a lower price, of 180 homes on 40 acres in a gated community at Reams and Lakeview Roads and about 80 homes on 15 acres across Reams, is being built near Northlake mall.
It will have 40 and 50 foot lots and with a rural feel amid undeveloped agricultural land. The homes will sell between $273,000 and $360,000 with a density of roughly 4.9 units per acre. Houses will range from 1900 to 2900 sq. ft. Floor plans include upstairs and downstairs masters.
